Return Policy

We certainly hope you just love your purchase from Sidecarcafeandbar. However, if you are unhappy for any reason, please check out our return policy and see how you can return your item for exchange or store credit only.  

Final Sale Items:

-Any items marked down from the original price
-Items on sale
-Items purchased with a coupon code
-All jewelry, bathing suits, and bodysuits

After 15 days: 

You may receive store credit or exchange for items mailed back to us within 15 days of the delivery date that is provided by USPS. Returns must be postmarked by the 15th day from the delivery day. The 15 day timeframe includes holidays and weekends.

Items can be returned to 1126 Bowman Rd., Mt. Pleasant, SC for exchange or store credit only. 

If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or a different item, please email us at service@sidecarcafeandbar.com and let us know what you would like to exchange.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. You are responsible for shipping costs to send the item back and shipping cost for the exchange to be shipped or the item(s) purchased with store credit shipped.

All Returns Must:

-Include receipt and tags
-Be unworn and unwashed
-Not be damaged or stained with makeup, deodorant or perfume.

**Shoes must be unworn and returned in their original box that is inside a protective box. We will not issue exchange or store credit for shoes in damaged shoe boxes. If shoes are returned in a damaged shoe box, we will ship them back to you with additional shipping charges.

*We have the right to refuse a return if it does not meet these requirements*

Damages:

All damages must be reported by email within 24 hours of delivery date and time and must include an image of the damage. Report damages to service@sidecarcafeandbar.com with subject line "Damage."

Items may be returned via mail or in person to our Mt. Pleasant location ONLY.

You are responsible for return shipping costs.

We are not responsible for items that are lost while in-transit back to our location. We suggest shipping with USPS and asking for a tracking number on returned items.

If your order does not meet all of the above requirements for an exchange or store credit, we will ship the item back to you with additional shipping costs.
